Our power went out last night and I lit a few candles. Wow I woke up in
the night with a sinus headache.

Does anyone else get a headache from candles?

Were the candles scented?  (That would give me a sinus headeache.)

I had 1 small beeswax candle, but I could not smell any odors at all
from the other candles.

These were dripless candles. I had the wick cut short.

It could be any smoke that it may let off.  Even the smoke when I blow
a candle out will get me a little congested.
