I had a cat scan that showed maxillary and some sinuses clogged.
(maxillaryLeft side) I use OTC spray for over 2 yraes. My Dr said
surgery. I stopped theOTC. I did not have the surgery. That showed 1
large polyp. And a slight devaited septum. Now after keeping the
humidity at 30%( had dust mite allergt/mold ect) I am doing good. I use
OTC about 1 time a week. Is there any Dr.That will do1-2polyp
removalwithout putting meunder//? I feel a lot better since istopped the
OTC. Any Ideas? #rd Dr Said he just see s 1 big polyp. Ijust dont want
to be a sleepwhile he does it.Canthat be done.? Thankyou.Is thereany
polyp reducer? What causes ployps?Are theyinmy whole body? Thankyou

What OTC spray are you referring to? Afrin? Saline with Benzalkonium? In
some persons just stopping the benzalkonium preserved saline is the cure.
Nasal polyps have NO connection to polyps elsewhere - cervix, rectal, colon,
etc are totally different. Unfortunately they have the same name.
If your polyp in nasal that is an easy one. If it is in the sinus, sometimes
we leave those alone.
Medication usualy can shrink nasal polyps.
