Does anyone know how often you can use papaya enzyme? I've been
trying it and it really seems to help thin the mucus, but I have to use
it about every 4 hours. I am putting it between my cheek and gum.
Is that too often? It isn't the Clear ease. Would it work better?

From what I've read about it posted by Dr. G, and also on the packaging, you
could use it about as often as you want. It should have no negative side
effects. I tried it, it tastes pretty good :) ...but it didn't do anything
for me. Whatever works stay with it!

As you know, my company Hydro Med makes Clear.ease.
Some of the papaya products are not callibrated for enzyme activity and most
sold are not designed for buccal - between cheek and gums - use. Some are
high in sugar and this can be irritating to the mouth. If the papaya you are
using helps, I believe my product Clear.ease will be more effective. It is
used one 3x a day melt in mouth between cheek and gums. Note the
callibration is one million enzyme units of Bromelain and 1/2 million units
of Papain.
