Hello,
Iam sorry to offer no help, but to say thank you for the reminder. One more
thing i would like to say is all sinus/polyp/whatever comes from a dysfunctional
digestive system, and my herbalist has me on "bitters". It is working. Another
thing that works wonders when tummy is upset at night (not being able to
sleep) is 1,000 Vit. E jel cap (just chew it and let it lie in the mouth,
within 20 minutes youwill be alseep). What worry's be about that is that
you shouldnot take Vit. E without the complimenting ratio of A and D. Remember:
you can O.D. on "D" if youare getting lots of sunshine etc. A, D, and E arenot
water soluble and can cause liver damage if youarenot careful. By "careful"
i mean only take them sparingly, and only when you absolutely need them.

sorry , not agree with you reason > my polyps  block my nose on rainy
days only ... so does it mean rain worses my digestion or i am allergic
to cold weather or humidity ?..

however usually i dont have digestion problem but when i get such
problem i go for long walk and it helps me to digest anything ...

however long walk is helpful in sinus/polyps cause it helps u to digest
puss and hot air pressure from your nose (co2) shrinks polyps ... so
try daily walk of 5-10 kilometers....
when i was kid doctors told me i  have huge puss in my chest which may
kill me (15 yrs ago ) ... but long walk excersice helped me lot and i
dont even have cough from 10 yrs or so ..

Hello,
The reason you have polyps in the first place is because of your digestion
problem. The reason your polyps swell up on rainy days is because of the
mold/fungus/yeast/whatever. You need to get an ozone generator and run it
in your house. First however learn all about ozone generators on the Internet.
You need to go to a surgeon to have your polyps removed before they get too
large. Youwill probably need to do that about every year, since you refuse
to get your digestion system straightened out. You are probably already full
of yeast fungus in your sinuses, and that can travel to your ears, eyes,
lungs, stomach, brain etc, or mayhave already . . . Another good thing to
get into your house is the titanium dioxide bulb, as this too will help to
clean up the mess in your house, however first learn about the titanium dioxide
bulb by doing searches on the Internet. They are called Ozone Light, however
emit no ozone. The UV-C bulb is also a must for hanging over your bed, however
you must not use this dangerous bulb until you learn absolutely everything
there is to no about UV-C bulbs. If you do all these things, youwill beable
to cut down all the time you spend wandering about in the streets, and spend
more time working and earning money.
BTW i tried the glycerine last night and had no dry, scabbing in my nostrils
- sure beats my homemade swamp cooler. Thank you again . . . youare a gooooood
person . . . (:

Probably allergies to molds / moulds.     Their levels rise dramatically in
damp weather.

Exercise helps me wonderfully too.   It almost eliminates my cough if I do
enough.

By the way, this *might* mean that we have slightly low thyroid so we need
exercise to keep our metabolism up.

but doctors donot agree with this fact .they say we have sinus problem
because our body is allergic to (somthing , that they dont know, is it
food ,dust, temrature, pets etc etc... ). never heard any doctor related
digestion with sinus problem ... so probably noone in this group using
english medicines will beleive it ,... however as u r  using herbal
medicines according to herbal medicines concept all problems r
originate from stomac. that y no matter if u have headace or pain in
leg they will say its due to digestion problem ... so what other
peoples think about it .

ecercise helps may be cause it warms our body and provide us better
immune system to fight allergy

That is exactly correct.

But we are not supposed to need to warm our bodies unless we are low thyroid.

In any case, I prefer to exercise than to take thyroxin to warm up....

On rainy days there is high humidity and the fluid from the polyps can't
evaporate.

actually i think i donot have sinus problem . because all i produce is
less than 5 gram puss  a day in cold weather and no muss in hot weather
,...however there is polyps (multiple in my left nasal and single  in
right) which donot usually block my nose except in rainy days ...soo
is it all related to digestion problems ..if yes then y not doctors
give you liver tonic if you have sinus/polyps problem they give u
antibiotics. y ? .. and what is the cause of this 5-10 gram puss my
body producing ... also from one or two months i am feeling some white
color puss iritating my throat (falls from nose to throat ) probably  5
gram a day or less .. and it vanished when i started nussle irrigation
and now its back science i did not nussle irrigation from month ... y
is it happening .. and nussle irrigation  weekly is only solution for
it or something else ?

Before you change location, why not take medication to shrink the polyps?
Ankur - 08 Aug 2005 10:51 GMT
worried about side affects , because they really bother me 20-25 days
in whole year and that i can beat happliy .thats y hesitating to go for
treatment or surgery .
Ankur - 08 Aug 2005 10:52 GMT
*bear... also i have home based job so it will not bother me where do i
live
Ankur - 07 Aug 2005 07:05 GMT
and btw glecrine really shrink my polyps ( i cant comment on others i
mean i cant say if it shrinks other peoples polyps or not ) butwhenver
you apply glycerine in nose it releases water just like when u apply it
in tounge and it let me breath very easily without obstraction
