I found what I think is a good ENT to treat chronic Sinus.
I met him sort of accidentally in that he was the reconstructive surgeon on
my wife's airway. I was so impressed with him I ask if he knew any one who
treated Chronic sinus. In my own appointment with him for my sinus I was
equally impressed he ask about my history of sinus problems and treatments
and made the statement that saline irrigation is the single most important
treatment there is! After reviewing my recent treatments with irrigation and
antibiotics then at a CT scan he offered to do and endoscope surgical
procedure to open up and drain the blocked area with as little damage to the
tissue as possible emphasizing that he believes removal of tissue in the
sinuses should only be done when absolutely necessary because it can cause
as much or more trouble than relieves.
His approach is for me at a breath of fresh air from the cut first and see
what happens kind of ENTs I've consulted with in the past.

That's good.
If he doesn't mind, you might want to post his name after your surgery so that
others in your area could look him up.....
