Are any of you really loud snorers?  I am, due to the fact my nasal
passages close up at night.  My husband has to wake me up several times
a night.  Weird thing is, I snore while sleeping on my side, and
stomach.

Anyone here have a cure for snoring?

Tilt your head back. It works for me, but I don't move around much while
asleep, so my head stays tilted back.

Try elevating your head at night when you sleep. I have a wedge pillow
for him now.  It has improved, at least I think so as he does not wake
me up by snoring now.

I use to be poking my Hubby at night as he snored so loud. Especially
when he had beer or cocktails (a lot).
