I started with Astelin as an addition two weeks ago and think that
it is doing a nice job.  My current regimen is two squirts of
Flonase, each nostril, in the morning and two squirts of Astilin,
each nostril, at bedtime.  Irrigation as needed.

I had some dull headache for a day or two, but that has subsided.
My head feels very open and I can smell better than during any recent
time except when I am on prednisone.
