Sinus Irrigation and ear issues

I have severe allergy problems and constant congestion.  I have been
reading about sinus irrigation and the Grossan Nasal irrigator. I would
like to give this a try as everything else I have used has had poor
results, but I have Vertigo, or dizziness, that started several months
ago.
Can I still use the nasal irrigation with this ear (dizziness) problem.
Thanks.

I posted a very similar question on this board a few months ago.  I,
too, have always been plagued with dizziness and didn't want to do
anything to possibly make it worse.  On the contrary, I think it may
have actually HELPED, but I can't speak for anyone else - that's just
my personal experience.  Start slowly and don't tilt your head - you
should be OK.   Good luck!
Sue
