What is the best thing to put on my nasal sores? They are just inside the
nose, septal side, and not really sores, but more like the tissue has
thinned and therefore they tend to bleed when wiping my nose. Will the
tissue ever build up again? It looks like it has been scraped off  :(
Now, with the allergy season I'm having more of a problem. Any ideas about
antihistamines that don't raise the blood pressure?

My Hubby has allergies too. He has High Blood Pressure and his MD said
he can use Claritin, Alavert.
They are non-drowsy and melt in your mouth. Or they come in pill form
too.

No decongestants for high blood pressure patients.

I lather up my hands with soap, and then lather up the insides of my
nostrils with the soap suds. I breathe OUT through my nose while I am
pushing the soap suds in there, so that I don't breathe in any soap suds. I
let the suds stay inside my nostrils for 10-20 minutes.

As a result of this I no longer get nostril sores.
