My nose was allergy to cold and dust. My symptom was runny and sneeze after
a cold
night of sleep or cleaned dusty furuitures happening once a day in worst
cases. A month
ago I started replace my milk powder with goat milk powder. For the entire
month, I didn't
have a single relapse. Anybody can explain my phenomenon? Am I being too
optimistic
about the effect of this trick?

My guess: allergy to something in milk.

Maybe the casein in the milk.

I know someone who is allergic to it.

I use soy yogurt and soy milk, soy powder.
