I do, just with a Q-tip doused in peroxide to swab out the linings of
my nostrils. I also toss a cap (about a 1/2 teaspoon full) of peroxide
into 2 cups of saline solution when I use that to irrigate.
it can definitely cause a 'sting', esp. on any scratches or dry
crusted/bleeding surfaces for sure, so go easy on it.

Also, see the other thread on 'upside down sinus flooding' for
instructions on using a mixture that contains peroxide.

Thanks, yes that's what got me to asking. that calls for a pretty hefty
dose of hydrogen pyroxide.

I've used it a few times. ...It did help, but it also caused my nose to
be sore and inflamed for a few days afterward. ...Not sure exactly sure
how it worked, but it did eliminate the soreness that I had previously
experienced if I ever put any pressure on my one eyeball. ...And this
pain, incidentally, had been present for practically a year, In spite of
all the salt irrigations that I had used up to that point. ...It's been
over a year now, and my eye is still pain free. ...Jon
