I feel no pain in the mouth, after I drink some tea, and go out to rinse my
mouth with water, then spit, and it is red, and feel the metallic taste of
bleeding in the mouth.

Is it good to rinse my mouth with tea?

Chronic painless bleeding in the mouth should be checked by a physician.

Thank you Steven.

My case has been there for some time, but it didn't happen oftenly. Once or
twice a month.

What are the possible illness should I do self study before I go to the
physician?

Confirm it is not the color of tea. It is slight bleeding. Upon examination
in the mirror I couldn't see anything abnormal.

Just see a doctor and let him make the diagnosis.
Any kind of chronic painless bleeding should always be checked by a doctor.

Gingivitis.  Search the web and then see a dentist.

If you have gingivitis rinse your mouth with hydrogen peroxide, the
directions are on the bottle.  Possible causes are poor dental hygiene,
diet, and physical or emotional stress.
