ringer's solution is regularly used by Hospital Pharmacies. Call your hospital,
ask for the hospital pharmacist and they can advise you or sell it to you.
Breathe.ease XL is a modified solution based on the Ringer's formula, not
exactly the same thing.

Ringer's solution comes in plastic bottles meant for infusion and are very
expensive here. I irrigated with several solutions and found this to be the
most effective: Na Cl 62 %; Na H CO3 22.2; Xylitol 10; K Cl 4.2; Ca Cl2.2H20
1.6. I have my local chemist to prepare it for me and it comes as a white
powder in a plastic box. It costs virtually nothing. The dosage is simple,
add a spoon (app. 5 grams) of powder to 500ml of lukewarm water. (sorry for
the European measures)

Please give me the name of your local chemist who is making the Breathe.ease
formula for you. I would love to have an inexpensive source for this for my
company Hydro Med.
Here in US the costs are quite high what with drying rooms, clean rooms,
regulations, govenment forms, etc etc etc.
However the single jar of Breathe.ease XL does last at least 80 weeks . Used
daily for pulsatile irrigation both the jar and the single packets last over a
month.
Some patients who are only doing pulsatile irrigation for "maintenance" are
using the measuring spoon to measure 1/2 teaspoon to 250 cc of water for
irrigation. Then the jar lasts for two months of daily irrigation.
Fortunately most persons don't require daily irrigation once they are
asymptomatic.
Best wishes,

Could you double check your numbers? The components seem to add up to more than
100%.
Thanks!
