Surgery on Thursday

I go in for endoscopic sinus surgery on Thursday. I did all of my
pre-surgery stuff today at the doctor's office, which was basically
discussing the surgery and recovery and what to expect. Even though this
will be my 3rd sinus surgery (all on the left side) I am a bit anxious about
it.

Please keep me in your thoughts Thursday morning.

Hi, old friend! The surgery went surprisingly well and I feel pretty good.
Some pain but more achy than the sharp pains I had before. I didn't get
stressed out. I made sure they knew I had a problem with anxiety and they
gave me something for it. I was very calm and everything was ok for me.

I'm glad.
But I don't know anybody who goes for surgery under general anesthesia
who's not anxious, at least a little. You're braver than most because
you admitted it and they were able to help you.

Some good news for a change! It's nice to hear it went better than you
expected Vicki. My sinuses are still bothering me but I think I'm finally
beating it down -- after two weeks of suffering!
