for removing nasal blockage

Hi,
Is there any physical device likea small tube that can be inserted
and kept permenanmty in the nostril so that the nostril does not get
blocked and air intake is not reduced, which I believe can cause
headache???

Yes.  There's a device called "nasal prongs."  Search for it via Google
or other search engine and you should find it.
