Hi all,
Whenever my `sinus problem' is bothering me and I have headaches and
feel pressure I also hear a crunchy sound when I turn my head from
left to right or the other way around. It also feels as if `there is
something hard' in the back of my nasal pathway (nasopharynx). Does
anyone have the same experience?
(Endoscopy doesn't show anything.)

Can you sense WHERE the crunchy sound is coming from?
Is it coming from your neck maybe? - or from some other area?

I seems to come from the top-back part of the nasal cavity... I also
feel asif I can't swallow the mucous from my nose, it remains trapped
somewhere. My CT scan is clear though... I do have a chronically
enlarged lymph node under the corner of my jaw, wonder if that has
anything to do with it, sinus headaches and that started at the same
time. (ENT says it is `nothing to be worried about'.) Just wonder if
there's someone with similar sensations.

Hi Tom,
I get exactly the same sort of sound when I move my head around.
I've mentioned it to several ENT specialists who seem a bit surprised
but don't seem to think that it's significant.
