Okay ... four or five years ago, I bought an irrigator which basically did
not seem to affect my condition. I have just order a hydro-pulse for the
second time and want to ensure I am using it properly.

What is the method of irrigation that generally reaps the best rewards? I
recall someone posted an 'upside down' method .. but if there exists, or
someone knows the best method to use it - I'd be grateful for a link /
personal step by step, just so if it doesn't work for me this time around, I
will know I tried it properly. :) But hopefully of course that won't be the
case!

Many Thanks

The instruction bookliet that comes with the Hydro Pulse is quite specific: you
bend your head so you can see the drain in the sink. You set the pressure so
that the stream is about one inch high.
Do not sniff or swallow while irrigating.

Some people do get better results with other methods, however, like turning
head to side. I think one has to experiment a bit.
