Just say "NO" . . .
You can go to a drug store and purchase a little bottle
of salt solution; take it home; dump it out; go to the
healthfood store; purchase a "good" sea salt; take it
home; in a pint jar, make a solution of 2 teaspoons of
the sea salt and fill with water; pure some into your little,
plastic bottle; holding away from your nares; spray.
Accumulate these little, plastic bottles so that you
can sterilize them once in a while . . . Here in America
the best ones are OCEAN, because the caps come out easy.
