Uncomfortable irritation after ejaculation and a little urination

I'm a very healthy 31 year old male.  For as far back as I can recall,
whenever I ejaculate and then urinate, even if it's a drop barely
emerging from my bladder to the urethra, I will have a very
uncomfortable irritated, dull feeling all through my urethra and maybe
to my bladder, it's hard to tell exactly there the feeling stretches
to.  It will begin to come on in about 1-3 minutes, peak at about 15,
then dissipate after 30-35 minutes and be completely gone by 40-45
minutes, like clockwork everytime.  If I take a full-on piss immediatly
after ejaculation, the uncomfortable sensation is much worse and may
last longer.  I'm not so sure about that anymore though because it has
been years since I allowed myself the luxury of a piss such as that.
Nothing seems to stop the irritation or whatever it is, once it has
started.  The only thing I can do is to prevent it by making sure there
is NO urine in my bladder before I start any sexual activity,
masturbation included.  I can't even allow myself to get aroused
because if any of the pre-cum (or whatever the correct term is) comes
out then that can bring on the irritiation.  I mean, I try to make sure
I don't have the slightest urge to piss before hand.  But sometimes
after ejaculating I discover that I do indeed have to piss, so I try to
stay focused and not let me bladder muscles relax in the slightest,
because if it does even for a spilt-second and a drop or two slips out
of the bladder it will bring it on.  I've never had an STD and no other
problems.  Except that every now and then I do get a fleeting pain in
one of my testacles, not sure if it's the same one every time.  Never
thought much about it until now, maybe it's related somehow.  I usually
just think my scrotum needs adjusting in the pants or something.
Sometimes that may help, not sure.  So, any thoughts?   Thanx
