Sir/ma'am
i am 20,I suffer from frequent urination, life has been nightmarish. i
have  to go to toilet every 30mins,only during day time, and not at
night. There is ALWAYS a pressure on the tube within the penis to void.
I have to pee in mostly small amounts.I suffer from this problem for
last 5 years. All tests done have been negetive,Then the urologist
examined my prostate...i felt pain and a feeling that something is
being secrated from the penis, the urologist suggested that i have
chronic prostatitis.

This problem has cropped up due to a wrong practice that i used to do
when i was between 13 to 15, i used to squeeze penis between crossed
legs very hard till i felt orgasm , but i didnt let the ejaculate come
out.

Kindly suggest some medicines for prostate problems, some special food,
and exercises.Kindly reply through email.waiting egarly for replies

thankyou;
vicky

If the doctor pressed down on the prostate, this would cause pain for many
men.  Also, when the prostate is squeezed, prostate fluid would be released
that would come out from the penis tip.  A good doctor would examine that
fluid under a microscope for signs of infection or inflamation; however,
this is rarely done by most urologists.  Without knowing more, this is all I
can say.

Most chronic prostatits sufferers, have chronic pain in the pelvic area.

Vicky,  are you in India?  If yes, then pursue an Ayurvedic remedy.  I
obtain both Western Medicine and Ayurvedic Medicine, after having studied
under Deepak Chopra, M.D. before he became the famous author.  Ayurveda can
have a powerful effect if you find a good vaidya.  Basically we're looking
at a pita disturbance (which is why people are told to keep away from coffee
and other stimulants and spicy food).  Following a pita pacifying diet would
be a good start.

I don't think he is looking for quackery.  People with this condition want
serious solutions.  Don't post this crap here!

Sure sounds like an infection. And that requires antibiotics.

Spoken like a true redneck (and you can be one no matter what your education
attainment).  Traditional Chinese, Indian and other systems of medicine DO
work.  They are being avidly studied by Western scientists.  Many of the
Chinese and Indian herbs are now well established alternate cures for things
here in the West.

I agree that he does sound like he has an infection.  I've seen many
infections get cured by the body (they aren't cured by antiobiotics, you
know) following Traditional Chinese Medicine and Ayurveda.  If you find
yourself, as many here do, with a cronic situation, then what's constant?
Your lifestyle (includes diet).  Change lifestyle, change the circumstances
under which the chronic condition thrives.
