at bed time i take 20 mg of amytriptylene
in the morning i take 2 oxycodones and 2 baclafin
in the afternoon usually around 5 i take 2 oxycodone and 1 baclafin.
i dont drink any carbonated beverages
i  don't eat any fiber from grains. most of my fiber is from
vegetables.
i do deep bending exercises every evening.
about 2 times a week i have to heat up the old hydrocolator ,place
under my lower
back and lay on it for 30 minutes.
i now have very little pain in my lower back and nuts.
i probably had the worlds worst case of nut and lower back pain.
i am now actually beginning to lust for those gorgeous round a.ses
