lay off fiber especially corn and oats and rice. these grains will
amplify the pain of cp
2 or 3 fold and there is no drug that will stop the pain as long as
these grains are in your bowels.if you lay off these grains your cp
symptoms will begin to get better within 24 hrs.
oh, you will still have cp but the pain level will drop dramatically.
take a very high quality digestive enzyme before every meal
take a vegetable laxative at bedtime for the first week.you need to get
the poison out of your bowels
take 15 to 20 mg of amytriptylene at bed time.
take 15 mg of baclafin 2 or 3 times a day. yes it will make you a
little sleepy when you begin but you will adjust to it very quickly.
try and take a very hot sitz bath once a day. as the pain subsides you
can reduce this.
walk at least 2 miles a day.
walking is very good for cp.
by this time your cp will be just a bother but no more severe pain in
your nuts and back.
this will also completely eliminate sitting pain  when you take a trip.
you can thank me later for this very informative post.
all of you will be receiving a bill from dr b.b. gator in the near
future

I completely disagree with EVERYTHING you state. What's getting me
better, along with many prostatitis sufferers, is the Candida diet
which is the complete opposite of what you explained in several posts.

Yeast is often the cause of these symptoms and your diet promotes the
growth of yeast. Corn, oats and brown rice (not white) are beneficial
fiber sources. One must avoid taking antibiotics since they destroy
healthy bacteria and cause yeast overgrowth, and use supplements to
knock down the yeast levels such as Goldenseal and garlic. Probiotics
taken before each meal are also essential to restore the good bacteria
that has been destroyed by ABXs. Avoid eating all sugars including
fruit, and anything containing flour for at least a month. I've been on
this program for less than a week and I'm already improving.
