I will be 29 in a few weeks, went to doctor a few days ago, stuck
finger in my butt and I learned I have a swollen prostate.
Symptoms:
I have is a sharp pain(by lower pelvis) that lasts about 1 or 2
seconds and it happens every few months and a slight unexpected dribble
of urine when I finish urinating. I've had discomfort from time to time
while sitting(I'm computer programmer) but always attributed this to
sh.tting bricks after eating too much pizza and so on. I've had blood
in my stool at times but it always coincided with a hard stool and
eating too much of things I know would cause this. I've had these
symptoms for over a year. Has anyone my age had similar problems, any
advice? I will have bladder and prostate sonograms early next week.

I'm well past your age but the following still applies.
Change your diet to include a bit more fiber. No pizza binges etc.
Drink more water. Avoid caffeine. Avoid alcohol. Get a better chair or
at least some type of seat cushion to take the pressure off the
prostate. Helped me.
FWIW
YMMV
