OK,

I've found shoving an ICE pack up my crack periodically seems to
help. Sometimes it seem to ease the pain for a couple days. I think
perhaps the area is sore - like a sore muscle - and it needs rest and
cold compress. YMMV

My URO is going to send me to a "All about Women" place to learn to
do some kind of exercises. I'm thinking he's out of ideas. ;-(

Maybe I'll meet a nice women with a sore taint too! We can agonize
together.
