In my car, I've been sitting on two books - one under each cheek.
This has helped immensely.

I'm considering buying some hard foam and cutting a portion out just
under my prostate.  A better solution than my two books?   ;-)

Can anyone recommend a commercial solution?  I tried a convalescent
donut once.  It wasn't very helpful.

Just an idea.  There is a fairly standard foam seat which has a hole cut
out to aid a painful coccyx.

Bought three different ones for my partner a couple of years ago.

Cut out is meant to go at the rear but it might be useful the other way
around.

This one is  typical (and refers to your doughnut ring).

Thanks, I think if I increase the 'hole' another two inches into the
center of the cushion, it would relieve the pressure where it counts.

I'll give one a shot.
