Advise video course about needling, please

Dear Colleagues!
I am a nuclear medicine physician from Russia.
My wife suffers from myofascial pain syndrome. We do not have experts
well knowing this disease. I have bought book: Travell JG, Simons DG.
Myofascial pain and dysfunction: the trigger point manual, 1983.
Me and my messmate treat my wife. Dry needling considerably reduces
signs. However, we never saw as professionals make it.
Advise, what video course to buy what to see as it is necessary to
carry out dry needling.

You are obviously in the wrong place in this group. Suggest you do a Google
search on myofascial pain syndrome. I got 122,000 hits when I tried...
