Had anyone notices a slight swelling or unusual firmness in the Penis
while flaccid?

I went to my Uro and he says he doesn't see any evidence of peyronies
but can't explain my symptoms. He says he noticied a slight thickening
of the top and underside of the penis.

I have also had some pain on the right side of the shaft for the past 7
weeks.

He thinks it may be CPPS and prescribed an alpha-blocker.

I've had nothing unusual, the same flacid firmness before the onset of CPPS.
Getting erect is sometimes a problem however.

I'd get a second opion.  Have infection ruled out.  CPPS usually takes about
3 - 6 months of symptoms to make that conclusion.

Alpha blockers help urinating.  Are you having those type of problems in
addition to the pain?
