Does the prostate drain through the vas deferens tube?  From what
little I remember from anatomy in college, the answer is yes.
If so, given that my doctor says I have epididymitis, could drainage
from the prostate be related to the epididymitis, given that I had a
vasectomy over 20 years ago?  A section of the tube was removed, and
both ends were folded and stitched.  I watched.
With the vasectomy in mind, could manual drainage of the prostate have
any beneficial effect for the epididymitis?  If so, how or why?
These may seem like dumb questions, but I'm confused.

Thanks.

Since the epididymus feeds upward, into the vas, and your vas has been
severed then closed off, it seems unlikely to me that any sort of prosate
massage could result in an effect on the epididymus, positive or negative.
