Does anyone know the latest and best information on the relationship of
frequency of ejaculation to flareups of prostatitis? I seem to have the
greatest flareups when I do not ejaculate for a while.

hi roger - it seems to be a split in the road.

for some, increase in frequency appears to help, while others, the
increase tends to cause more pain, yet both extremes have prostatitis.

my advice, try it and if it works for you - go for it.  anything to
relieve the pain to better than nothing.
