Have to urinate but cant

Since I have was 17 years old I have had a problem with feeling as if
I have a full bladder after emptying my bladder. This usually occurs
after sex while i have have a night of drinking. Lately though, it
seems to happen just out of the blue. It is horribly uncomfortable
while trying to sleep and makes it impossible. Has anyone had any
experience with this type of condition? Any remedies?

I am not a doctor but have had the same issue for years after being
diagnosed with prostatitis in 1997. I now have BPH which causes the
very same symptoms.
Your best bet is to go see a urologist at this point to find out what
you have so you can better handle it.
