Which method is valid to verify a BACTERIAL (acute) Prostate-syndrome ?

urine based on:

1st morning "drop-out" ?
daily "drop-Out"
"drop-out" after prostate-massage ?

Urine does not always give the best indicator of bacterial infection if the
culture is a quickie.

Ask for a semen culture, one that is done over 5 days rather than the
standard 3.

The fluid test on the result of a prostate massage is better than just urine
but only indicates what may be happening in the prostate, not the seminal
vessicles.
