I recently had a prostate exam as part of a regular physical. I am 50 yo and my
primary said my prostate showed no signs of enlargement and was like that seen
in younger men. I have always had at least one orgasm per day and sometimes
more than one like on weekends.
Does anyone know or has anyone heard that frequent orgasms can contribute to
good prostate health? Has anyone had similar experience? I'd like to get more
info on this topic.

Ken,
I have had similar luck. I get the same comments from my urologist. I
did research after my dad died of prostate cancer back around 1992 or
so. The articles and abstracts I read did describe a use it or lose it
theory. I do not know if it has been proven but in my case it has
worked. Sounds like it is working for you as well.
I do have other problems but they involve my bladder neck.

jay leno used this same topic as a source of humor last year. they came
out with exactly what you are saying and of course, that's good comedy
material.
personally, i practiced what you said, came down with BPH, enlarged
prostate, and prostate cancer, plus ate a lot lycopene products such as
tomatoes. so go figure. at the very least, it's something enjoyable and
you can say you are doing preventive maintenance.

bike with springs andI raise up off seat over bumps, PSA is at 5.6 now
and they are talking ANOTHER (Oh no) needle biopsy..I do have Prostitis

I'm no doc, but I believe the inverse is true -- avoiding orgasm can lead to
problems. There's a species of prostatitis called "Priest's Syndrome" (or
something).
But, hey, the prostate is a muscle.
