Wondering if anyone can help me. My Uro did a Cystoscopy and a biopsy
about 4 days ago. While the pain is gone I seem to still be urinating
blood (at times alot). The blood stopped about 2 days ago then seemed
to come back. It happened again today, the blood was not present last
night and all day today, now all of a sudden I see blood again.
Should I be worried or is this normal for a while.
Thanks,
Robert

Seems like it is normal. My PSA took a bump and I'm getting a biopsy
next week. The instruction sheet I got from the Uro states..
" Following your procedure you may find blood in your urine, stool,
and/or ejaculate for up to 4 - 6 weeks."

Yikes 4-6 weeks. Thanks for the info, I really hope it's not that
long, I cannot get used to seeing blood coming out, kinda freaky.

My Dad has had this procedure, and I can tell you that there were times
when he had blood and clots come out for up to 2 weeks afterwards.
