Can the perpetual use of decongestants cause prostate problems in a
healthy 25 year old male?...infection aside?

The study designed to tell if perpetual (i.e. infinite into
foreverness) use of alpha agonist medications can lead to prostate
problems should be ready for publication just after Armageddon. Will
let you know in hell.
