My prostate seems to have been fine over the past year - prior to that
had a flare up where tip of my penis seemed to hurt and rectum hurt -
took a 10 day course of minocycline and that cleared up.  This time I
had an ejaculation each day for 3 days - first 2 days, no pain - third
time, hurt when I ejaculated (sharp pain in lower right abdomen area).
Afterwards started feeling pain in lower right testicle which
moderates between some sharp twinges and a feeling of being kicked in
the testicle and some lower right abdomen "weak" feeling and sort of
nauseous from time to time.  Seems to go away when I sleep at night,
but as soon as I get up and start walking about a bit, wants to come
back.

I've had this in the past and if I recall correctly, it goes away
after 4 or 5 days, but can't recall for sure.  Does this sound like
prostatitis or???  Wondering if I should try and wait it out and see
if it subsides or if I should head back to urologist for another
course of minocycline?

Thanks

Abdominal Pain doesn't sound like it to me. Get it checked out.
