Diagnostic at chronic prostatitis suffers.

     Exact diagnostic the reason of prostate inflammation is very
important
for next step of measures which is TREATMENT.

     Our general task during exact detailed diagnostic is also to
specify
functional possibility of IMMUNE SYSTEM and as a parallel with it to
isolate
alive reasons (bacteries and viruses) which is the reason of prostate
and
seminal
vesicles inflammatory processes in men.
     Frequently CP patients during treatment taking different sort of
antibiotics and in most of cases unsuccessfully. Why it happanening??
Because during taking different antibiotics IMMUNE SYSTEM is inbalanced,

weak and need to be inproved. Therefore first step during diagnostic
should
be DETAILED IMMUNEDIAGNOSTIC including Cellular and humorale immunity.

      As showed our experience working with CP patients which are US
and
European origin it is absolutely possible to normalize immune parameters

using some medical measures and then to have a strict control for
chronic
inflammation in prostate and seminal vesicles via own immune system.
     Viral reason of prostatitis it is much more difficult task for
diagnostic and treatment. Because no one insurance company do not want
to
pay for detailed viral diagnostic for CP suffers and it is a fact.
Second,
such diagnostical methods is very expensive and couldn`t be provided in
many
laboratoratories. Because thouse methods require to work with special
Cell
Cultures which are selectively sensitive to specific viruses or
Chlamydies
and of course to work with alive pathogenes in different pathogen level.

     From our experience in US territory such tests provide only one
laboratory placed in Washington.
     Frequently is happening different mix viral-bacterial infections,
and
it is necessary to provide all of those necessary tests. However very
few
laboratories is sertificied by state for such work.
     From our experience of working with CP patients which are US
origin
frequently we isolate from their samples such viruses as: Herpes simplex

virus type 1/2; Herpes virus type 6; Cytomegalovirus; Adenoviruses;
Papilomaviruses; Epstain-Barr virus and some other group of viruses
including such procaryotes as Chlamydia trachomatis, C. pneumoniae,
C.psittaci.
All of those tests require many different reagents including medias,
calf
serum, special Cell Cultures which are sensitive to specific viruses and

etc.
Therefore all of it make difficulties to provide those exact alive
isolation
of pathogenes for many CP suffers and of course most of CP suffers is
aside
from such exact necessary for them diagnostic and it is real fact.
    Information about possibility of treatment will given as separate
report.
