this happened to me once before about 4 years ago and i went to the doctor and
they found nothing they looked in my bladder because they thought it was
pollips but they never found anything and eventually it just went away. only
after i ejaculate i will then go to the bathroom and i'll start going and it
will be blood in my urine and it will stop and a little clot will come out and
then i'll finish going. after that as long as i dont ejaculate nothing will
happen it will be normal. What do you think this could be i thought it had
something to do with my prostate.

MAybe your somehow straining too hard and rupturing a vessel or vein,
i dunno, just taking a stab at it.

More likely stones somewhere along the tract....

I once had blood in the urine after ejaculation, but it turned out to be a
kidney stone in the tract between the kidney and bladder, the stone took weeks
to finly pass but I only blead that one time, I would also have small ammounts
of tissue once in a while come out that looked like a small piece of simen. the
tissue was epithelial tissue that the stone tore off the inside of the ureter.
If you have a stone an exray should find it.
Other than a stone I dont know.

They looked in your bladder because you had blood in your urine, which can
be a symptom of a bladder cancer. For the most part you do not have to look
in the bladder if the blood is only in your ejaculate.
