Mine started out with slight dysuria. UA & urine cultures were
negative. IVP showed slight force on bladder, due to slightly
enlarged prostate. Doctor recommended frequent ejaculation. Well this
i think caused my prostate to become congested. I started to get a
urethral discharge. It started off small, then over two weeks it got
worst, it would happen almost everytime. Then it slowed down and
happened once a week. Multiple cultures for chlamydia, and swab tests,
plus semen cultures were negative. URO didnt feeel too comfortable but
gave me Doxy for 10 days i believe. It didnt do anything, most of it
subsided before taking the antibiotic. After taking the antibiotic, it
has caused me severe muscle twitching for a couple of weeks, now it
has subsided. Urethral discharge was gone for almost 20 days, until i
ejaculated 2 nights straight. Then it re-appeared, a little. I think I
might have a congestion problem. Also on 2 occasions, only in the
morning, i wake up and go and urinate, to find that the stream is
weak. I push, and it stops the stream. So then, i relax myself, try to
relax my muscles (learned this from Marks website), then boom, urine
starts flowing and strong i might add. Still have to ask my URO about
this, but maybe a muscular problem.
Im going to try to get an Ultrasound next.
If that doesnt show anything, would masssage and physical therapy be
useful to clear up the prostate and bring muscles back to normal
operating mode?
Side note: Ive noticed that i have some sort of disjoint problem at
the right hip, when i walk, and put my hand on my right hip, i can
feel something kind of pop in and out. Maybe something to do with
pelvic floor?

You have an unusual case. It may have nothing to do with CPPS. Many
things can go wrong with the male pelvis:

You could be wasting your time on these message boards: go to a proper
uro and get properly tested.
Hopeful sign: twitching muscles (signs of hyperirritability & spasm).

What is the discharge composed of? Seminal fluid, or other?

More likely your hip joint, imo.

______
Prostate fluid usually has a grayish cast to it.
If it's perfectly clear, could be from your Cowper's glands.
