Has anyone ever heard of parasite infection of prostate?

I searched for information on the subject and found it very unlikely,
however migrating parasites from another site could could carry
germs to the prostrate. Fungal infections can have parasite like
properties, and they could also transmit germs to the prostrate.

In a small percentage of men trichomonas vaginalis can establish themselves
in the prostate.  Symtoms are similar to those of prostatitis however there
is usually a discharge from the urethra.
