I have had a decreased urinary  flow gradually getting worse for 6 or 7
years.  Prostate is not enlarged.  Doc says it is smooth and normal.  PSA is
normal.

Nothing comes out when I ejaculate at night and very little during the day.
It's alway better after I walk around a little bit.  It is very bad at
night.  I have to walk in the house a little bit to urinate.  Could this be
Prostatitis?  Many thanks!

I don't know if I've ever heard of prostatitis causing symptoms like
this to this degree. Watery ejaculate. Yes. But never no ejaculate at
all. Difficulty urinating. Yes. Having to walk around to be able to
urinate? No. Have you been to a urologist? If not, I would go straight
to one asap.

And in response to your question, there are several different type of
prostatitis. The chronic "flavor" can last for years ... or even one's
lifetime. It has a tendency to recur.
