Good morning.  "Idea Man" had an interesting point in a past msg.
What if this is a combo cause disease?  Bacteria could be the initial
insult.  The body then has an autoimmune response.  Then, in response
to all the chemical activity taking place in the pelvic area, the body
goes into "protection mode" and starts tightening the pelvic muscles.
Does anyone know of any studies looking at this possibility?

This may explain why some of us respond to ABX, some respond to muscle
treatment and some do not respond at all.  It seems that while
everyone is arguing which treatment is best, a combination of
therapies may be the best course.

What if this is not just a single disease?
