That's a good question.
My doctor prescribed Viagra for me as well, though I have yet to try
it out.(Sex is far to painful for me at this point and with the
chronic fatique I'm certain I'd be no good at it in my condition.)
another thought. If Viagra works via improved circulation in the fine
vessels and arteries couldn't it be beneficial in improving
circulation in the prostate as well?
I'd be interested in hearing any input on this myself.

Good question.
Also, I wonder if that improved circulation could help facilitate the
transporting of medicine to those blood vessels that were otherwise closed
off prior to taking the "V"?

I was using Yohimbe bark extract, the Action 2000 brand.
I found it to be very effective for maintain an erection. It works by
dilating the blood vessels causing more blood to enter the genatailia. The
label read that it was not recommend for those who suffer from inflammation
of the prostate gland but I decided to give it a try anyway. The sex was
great but I had A terrible flare up. Seems I can't win. I was wondering if
anyone had the same experience with Viagra. I will be seeing my Uro tomorrow
and I will ask him what his opinion is.
