Can retrograde ejaculation be caused by bacteria?
My girlfriend has had a chronic bacterial infection (urogenital) for 9
years. No bacteria(or sometimes a small amount in urine) shows up on
tests, but she responds to antibiotics.
In the past year, when I ejaculate, little or no semen comes out.
I am wondering if there is a connection. Will get tested.

What type of bacteria does she have? Have you tried the same antibiotics
that she has?

Maybe you should ask for a TRUS, ( prostate ultrasound ), to rule out any
obvious blockages?

By the way, some medicines like Flomax cause retrograde.

Good luck.
