Hello,

I've been having a pea-size "cystic" ball on the top of my left
testicle for the last couple of years. I did research about it and
didn't get too worried about it until the last couple of weeks.
The lump is growing and I am starting to feel discomfort, can this be
cancerous? I am away in a foreign country and do not trust the local
medical corp.

You don't trust the doctors in your area, huh? What country are you in? I
think small epididymal cysts aren't usually a problem and mostly benign, but
if they grow bigger and start causing pain, it's probably a good time to
have a visit with a physician just to be sure it's nothing serious. So, get
checked out.

p.s. some have used the natural supplement MSM to combat cystic lesions.
Search Google and you'll probably notice a few who claimed taking MSM over a
few months had helped reduce the size of the cyst or eliminated it all
together. No guarantee it will help though. Good luck
