Clear discharge....Help!!!

I am experiencing a discharge usually about 1-5 drops worth, sometimes
after urination, some times without urination.

What does this mean? What can i do? I checked , and have no STDs.

Please help.

You have an infection - not all infections are STD related.
You have an infection and it needs to be treated otherwise your manhood will
turn green and fall off.

Could it be chlamydia??? i had a UTI before this stuff started, could
it be a result of that? What causes a UTI???

UTI are caused by the same bacteria that cause prostatitis. Unfortunatly not
all antibiotics work well in the prostate. I suggest you try Bactrim and
Doxycyline.
