Blood in ejaculate

When I ejaculate I have a blood in ejaculate. Sometimes it is bright red
colour sometimes it is of dark colour. I have it for last 2 years. I
received treatment with antibiotic, but it did not help.

Can anybody tell me what is wrong, or can I do to avoid this problem in
future?

You should go see a specialist (urologist). It is most likely
residual infection (prostatitis) but it could be other things, as
well.

I went to urologist and I received treatment. They even took samples from my
prostate and the result showed that I do not have any unspecific environment
there (whatever that means). I would be glad if you can tell me what other
things it can be, since positively I know that I do not have the residual
infection.
