How common is this? Realistically? Is it possible to take this every
other day and yet still be effective without it effective your system
too much or that retrograde side effect?

When I was on Flomax, I experienced retrograde ejaculation allways. It seems
very strange the first few times. When I stopped the Flomax, ejaculation
returned within a few weeks. I think it's a worthwhile tradeoff if the drug
helps with difficult urination.

My ejac returned to normal within 2 days after stopping Flomax.

All I can say is that approximately 90% of the *many* prostatitis patients to
which I have spoken who take this drug experience this side effect.

I'm not sure about that, because most guys take it as prescribed (one capsule
per day). Are you taking the .4mg or .8mg tablets?
