Hey guys. Hope your all doing well, or at least staying positive like you should be, ( hint, hint ). Anyhoooooo..........I have a little tip for you all that you may OR may not want to try. Did I emphasize may not? No...in all seriousness. This is a serious tip that I have been reading up on and it's actually helped some people who suffer from systemic ailments, ailments like CFS and Lyme disease. Is it something that can help CPPS sufferer's? The tip is below: Hydrogen peroxide Bath 1) Add 1/2 cup [125ml] to 2 cups [500ml] of 35% H202, ( 35% Food Grade Hydrogen Peroxide ) to a tub of water, ( your bath ). Soak for at least 20 minutes. The oxygen released is absorbed by the skin and oxidizes. Do this for a week at every bath and see if it helps symptoms. Don't be stupid and use 35% Food Grade Hydrogen Peroxide at full strength. Do NOT use the drugstore variety. Read warning labels and research on the internet to educate yourself about the use of 35% Food Grade Hydrogen Peroxide in combination with health issues. I bet you can't do that. Someone got upset cause I made a suggestion, ( uh oh ). I know you know that the hydrogen peroxide bath was just an idea Sleeper. I provided the disclaimer. As to your question, has every instance where someone has improved their health exclusively resulted from information sapped from a scientific paper? I think not. Jrh did a pretty good job pulling up some references regarding 35% Food Grade Hydrogen Peroxide, but for the most part, I'd say it's use is anecdotal. I have no idea if it would help anyone, but search Google and you'll find it has helped some. It can be used for many things actually. Some people brush their teeth with it. They use it as a mouthwash. By the way, it can REally whiten your teeth! Some add a few drops to their drinking water. Wash their vegetables and fruit with it. The list goes on. My only concern was that people reading educate themselves first before going out and buying the wrong kind. That's why I provided a disclaimer. Buh byeeee:::::::::::::::::................. |
