i am a 40 year old who has had prostatitis on and off for the past 4 years. i
have taken Flomax for about 3 years. and have tried every antibotic. My
symptoms always seem to return after i have walked on the treadmill 3 or 4
times a week. has anyone else experienced flare ups after walking or running
and if so what do you do to combat it. I can't give up the walking as i have
Diabetes and this is of great help in keeping my blood sugar down.

-------It sounds like you have pelvic floor muscle spasm and trigger
points. Try to get a referral to a physiotherapist who can perform an
evaluation of your pelvic floor. Also check out the muscle spasm forum
