I'm not sure if this is the proper group to post in, it not, I apologize.

When my penis is erect there is a very noticeable "ring" near the base that
is significantly smaller in diameter than the rest of my penis. It is as if
there is a tight band around it. I first noticed this on Saturday. My
erection is also somewhat uncomfortable, but not necessarily painful. The
uncomfortable-ness has been present for some time.

Medications that I take are Trazadone 100mg, Lotrel 5/10mg, 1 baby aspirin
and Actifed.

Any ideas?
